Embich Family Christmas
After our Christmas visit in Texas we flew up to Pennsylvania to visit the other half of our family. We enjoyed a great week of eating, playing games, laughing and spending quality time with those we love. Many are unfamiliar with the way we Embich's roll. There are not too many families out there that look forward to a week long slumber party at their parent's house! Oh, but we do! Almost every year there is an addition to our ever-growing family. In 2011 it was Beejay, and in 2012 Kris and Scott are expecting a new little one. Soon-to-be 10 grandchildren for my mom and dad and I have yet to begin! Needless to say, there is an abundance of joy and laughter! Sneaky forks, great debates, family hikes, and family games are just some of the things we do. Not to mention getting whoopee cushioned twice in a row on the same chair by my nephew... Nice one Austin, still can't believe it!!
Looking forward to many more family gatherings!

Happy Anniversary to Us!
1-1-11
I can't believe it has already been a year since the day I married my best friend. It was the very best day of my life and I still wake up in the morning wondering how I could be so blessed. God couldn't have made a better man for me. And what an adventure we are on together!
To celebrate our anniversary we wanted to escape the city and enjoy some countryside. What better place than where it all began? So we made reservations for dinner at the Glasbern Restaurant in Pennsylvania and stayed in the same exact stable as our wedding night. We had a fabulous time! We had the same mild weather and even ran into a few people that helped make our wedding day a success! It was absolutely wonderful!

Christmas with the Morgans
After a long flight and a six hour layover in Detroit we finally arrived in Hutto, TX. We spent some nice quality time with Mom, Dad and Uncle Del and enjoyed a very relaxing Christmas. We did some shopping, put up the Christmas tree, baked Christmas cookies and made a delicious Christmas dinner.
MERRY CHRISTMAS!!
